Sunflower - Good Day!

Hello everyone!
Samiya here from ayimas. Today I will  give you a quick pictorial of how i decorated my junk Journal page, using sunflower theme. It is a really easy project to do. Are you guys interested? Why not try making one then?

Today on the blog i will be creating this junk Journal page with a step by step walk through for you. Exciting? Lets get started. 🌼

Here is a close up  picture 🌼🌼

1. First i took a blank page from my notebook, which i will be working on. You can do it on your scrapbook cover, scrapbook layout, card, notebook pages or in a junk journal page.
You will be needed:

  • Base for the artwork,
  • Acrylic or watercolour
  • Brushes for colouring
  • Stencils
  • Gesso or texture paste & knife for application.
  • Black pen to outline and write

2. I have colored the base with yellow & Brown watercolour using a brush.

3. After that i used a masking tape to Secure the half mark of the base and drew a sunflower using acrylic medium of yellow, Brown, black colour.

4. For giving it a more natural look i added leaves with the flower using two shades of green acrylic colour.

5. In the corner, I used two different designs of stencil & used texture paste to add some dimension. When it dried I  colored it with brown acrylic paint.

6. Then I removed the masking tape and added my favourite quote beside the flower. Outlined where needed.  You can add your favourite quote too!

thats all!

Thank you so much for stopping by, I hope this has made you smile today ❤
